The spacious restaurant seats 114 indoors and 84 on the terrace outside
Now that we've toured the brewery, it's time to try some of the goodies. First, the
beer.

You can try 3 major types of beer with the Taste Comparison Set
(600 yen). From left to right:
Pilsner:
Bottom-fermented pale beer. Brewed from initially filtered wort. Its crisp clear
taste is preferred by many. |
Bock:
Dark beer. Mellow and is familiar to "half & half" beer. |
Pale Ale:
Smooth, top-fermented beer with a brilliant, fruity aroma. |
Double Bock
Ultra Ale
Pearl Beer
Iyokan
Sparkling
| Its rich, full-bodied unique flavor is for beer connoisseurs. |
Made from concentrated ale. Brilliant but with body. Also for beer connoisseurs. |
A cocktail-type beer that contains pearl powder. It's divided into dark and pale
layers and is said to be good for beauty. Good-tasting, but I forgot to grasp the
details of the taste because I was distracted by the idea of pearl powder. |
Made by fermenting malt together with Iyokan oranges, a specialty of Ehime. Slightly
sour and refreshing beer cocktail type. |
Next, the food menu. we won't comment on each dish, but they are all truly
delicious. Most dishes are accented with freshly picked herbs from the Herb Garden.
The dishes are a treat to the eyes as well. We tried the following dishes:
1. Assorted sausages 2. Herb and vegetable salad 3. Spare rib of lamb with green
mustard 4. Oriental-style pork spare rib 5. Beef stewed with beer 6. Pizza with basil
and fresh tomatoes 7. Hamburger steak with fresh basil 8. Grilled sea bass with summer
vegetables 9. Fresh fried prawns 10. Rice omelet with fresh herbs and vegetables
11. Spaghetti with tomato sauce, bacon and seasonal vegetables

Ahh...We're glad we came all the way. It was delicious. |

And last but not least, herb tea using home-grown herbs (350 yen).
The blend of herbs changes with the season.
For this report, we enjoyed a refreshing cup of lemongrass and mint tea.
Here's some useful information.
